For Project Management services for an MES Project.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least ten plus (8+) years of experience in Pharma; managing automation, MES, or system implementation/upgrade projects.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
- Experience in:
- Lead technical meeting with stakeholders and Syncade software developer
- Coordinate integration window with impacted areas and supply chain
- C&Q RFP Development
- Manage software integration & migration
- Manage C&Q implementation
- Manage RFI, submittal, & change orders logs
- Manage change control process
- Develop and update cash flow
- Develop & update integrated project schedule

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL:(The day-to-day on the job)
- Lead the upgrade of the Syncade MES platform.
- Manage software integration, migration, and implementation.
- Lead technical meetings.
- Coordinate system integration windows with manufacturing areas to minimize operational impact.
- Develop and manage C&Q RFPs and oversee execution of commissioning and qualification activities.
- Manage C&Q implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee and maintain RFI, submittals, and change orders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Automation, Manufacturing, QA, Validation, Supply Chain).
- Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and compliance.
- Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support project closeout, documentation, and systems handover
