Job Description

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Construction Project Manager in Kansas City, MO. The right person for this role will be able to oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high‑quality delivery. This role leads field operations, manages project teams, maintains strong client relationships, and drives effective scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-10 years of progressive experience
Mission Critical/Data Center experience
Regular travel to job sites is required
