Job Description

Project Manager Background check and Drug Test are required. ----------------------------------------

This role involves managing international customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development and delivery of complex process and large complex capital equipment. The Project Manager will support the execution of large-scale capital equipment projects, primarily within pharmaceutical and related industries.

During the onboarding period, the individual will assist senior project managers before transitioning to independently managing assigned projects. Responsibilities include project coordination, customer communication, and cost tracking to ensure successful global project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required*
4–6 years of experience with large capital process equipment *
Experience supporting customer relationships from order through installation on high-value projects*
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to serve as a technical liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams*
Proven ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment*
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification*
Flexibility to work overtime as required*
Salary range $100k to $115k
