Project Manager

Global Science & Technology, a growing scientific and high technology firm, is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to lead an engineering and operational support contract. The position is located in Boulder, CO, with potential travel to the Washington, D.C. area. The PM will oversee a team of engineers, training and outreach specialists, and scientists in supporting a system that provides Space Situational Awareness (SSA).

*This position is contingent upon contract award*

Position Summary:

• Provide oversight for all contractor work across three facilities
• Serve as single point of contact for communication and coordination with government representatives
• Support planning of contract activities and monitoring of control of cost, schedule, and performance
• Ensure quality of project performance and deliverables and resolve issues as they arise
• Supporting staffing process, including identification of staffing needs, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of team personnel

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or scientific discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including oversight of at least 10 team members
• Experience with NOAA or DoD
• Understanding of Space Situational Awareness (SSA) tracking systems
• U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance is required
