Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing civil construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, family-owned contractor that values its employees, promotes from within, and offers long-term career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Manage civil and sitework construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project costs, change orders, and overall financial performance.
- Support field teams by resolving issues and maintaining project schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in civil/sitework construction.
- Experience managing projects involving:
- Mass excavation
- Site grading
- Underground utilities (storm, water, and sewer)
- Drainage improvements
- Roadway construction (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
