Job Description

Project Manager

A premier, high-growth general contractor specializing in industrial and commercial construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team in the Chicago area.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a collaborative design-build environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities

Manage industrial and commercial construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Support project planning and team collaboration throughout all phases

Qualifications

4+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience with project scheduling and budgeting
Design-build experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
