Job Description

Position: Project Manager – Civil Construction (Earthwork, Utilities, Paving)Location: ColoradoCompensation: $120k to $140k

A growing Colorado civil contractor is looking for a Project Manager to lead earthwork, utilities, and paving projects across the region. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to step into a company that values autonomy, supports its PMs with real resources, and maintains a steady backlog of work.

What you’ll be involved in:

Managing earthwork, utilities, and paving projects from start to finish
Leading field teams and coordinating with SUPRs, PEs, and subcontractors
Driving schedules, budgets, and quality
Working directly with leadership to plan and execute upcoming phases
Supporting a culture built on communication, accountability, and long‑term growth
