Project Manager

Project Manager with Industrial Sheet Metal experience needed immediately! An area, well respected mechanical contractor is looking for a motivated individual to bring their mechanical experience to a growing dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager. Ideally, they are looking for someone who enjoys working as a team, has a good attitude and a willingness to work hard. As Project Manager, your responsibilities would include overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects. Your job would involve working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and specifications.

Some of the requirements include:

• Experience in the sheet metal industry required.
• Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, or General Engineering degree preferred, or completion of a mechanical apprenticeship.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Access) and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and continue professional development.
