Job Description
Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Project Manager to support the President and leadership team of a local company in Greensboro.
The Project Manager will be responsible for operational oversight, KPI tracking, project coordination, and process improvement.
This role is ideal for someone with a construction, plumbing, or trade background—or experience in project management or operations implementation. Candidates with knowledge of trade operations will quickly understand and contribute to the company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in operational planning, execution, and follow-up for ongoing projects
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs to support leadership decisions
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
- Provide administrative support to the President including meeting prep, follow-up, and documentation
- Support small projects and initiatives as they arise
- Analyze operational processes and propose improvements
Qualifications:
- Background in construction, plumbing, or a related trade preferred
- Project management or implementation experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- KPI-driven with strong follow-through and organizational skills
- Ability to handle flexible hours if needed
