Job Description
The Project Manager role integrates project execution, stakeholder management, and revenue awareness by applying customer-centric and sales-oriented competencies. The position contributes to organizational effectiveness by driving project outcomes, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with internal sales / customer service teams to identify & create strategic and tactical projects
- Actively oversee multiple, concurrent projects through their full lifecycles, using proven methodologies
- Clearly define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and measures of success.
- Track progress, identify risks, and address issues promptly to keep projects on schedule.
- Keep project documentation and status reports accurate and up to date.
- Lead project meetings, reviews, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Act as the primary client point-of-contact throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining multiple active projects in a highly flexible environment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication.
- Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Ensure client expectations are clearly understood and met during project delivery.
- Take a consultative approach to identify and address additional client needs as the project progresses.
- Ensure project objectives support broader business and strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – preferred
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or CompTIA Project+
- Background in service-based, consulting, or client-driven industries.
