Job Description
Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Operations & Program Support to provide dedicated project management, coordination, analytical, and operational support for a mission-critical Federal program. The Project Manager will coordinate program requirements, schedules, deliverables, stakeholder activities, and performance objectives while supporting successful execution of mission requirements.Location: Arlington, VA / OnsiteKey Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate day-to-day execution of assigned program requirements
Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, taskers, dependencies, and deliverables
Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractor leadership, analysts, subject matter experts, and project personnel
Monitor project performance against established requirements, schedules, and quality standards
Track Government requests, taskings, action items, and deliverables through completion
Identify project risks, resource constraints, schedule impacts, and performance issues and recommend corrective actions
Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, executive summaries, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and management documentation
Support operational planning, analytical activities, readiness requirements, exercises, working groups, and other mission-support activities
Facilitate meetings and working sessions and document decisions, responsibilities, deadlines, and action items
Review project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance
Coordinate concurrent priorities while maintaining continuity of support
Support quality control activities and continuous process improvement
Maintain effective communication among Government and contractor stakeholders
Assist with workload management, staffing coordination, resource planning, and performance reporting
Develop decision-support materials for Government and program leadership
Required Skills:Experience:Minimum 10 years of relevant Federal, DoD, military, project management, program management, operations, policy, administration, or analytical experience
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities
Experience coordinating operational, analytical, administrative, or mission-support activities
Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, trackers, reports, and executive-level briefings
Experience working with Federal Government and/or DoD customers
Experience monitoring deliverables, risks, schedules, and project performance
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Social Science, or related field
Clearance:Active Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
Certifications / Tools:Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsProject management and task tracking tools
Skills:Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to independently manage assignments in a high-tempo environment
Strong stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to identify risks, trends, gaps, and corrective actions
Desired Skills:Experience:Previous Federal or DoD program support experience
Experience supporting complex operational or mission-focused programs
Emergency management, operational planning, continuity, or readiness experience
Experience supporting senior Federal or DoD leadership
Experience working in joint or interagency environments
Certifications / Tools:PMP certification
Experience with Federal or DoD task management systems
Knowledge:Federal and DoD organizational structures
Operational planning and reporting requirements
Federal contract management processes
Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and Quality Control Plans (QCP)Program performance and risk management
