Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 13 months
- Pay Rate: $80.00 / Hour (USD)
- Travel Requirements: Travel to Boston required as needed for program events if located in Springfield or NYC.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Job Summary
A leading financial services organization is replacing its investment platforms with BlackRock Aladdin through the Janus program, a multi-year transformation of the front, middle and back office. We are looking to bring on two program coordinators to help deliver on this critical and complex program. Knowledge of investment management is a plus.
Boston is the preferred location. If located in Springfield or NYC, travel to Boston will be required as needed for program events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain integrated program plan in MS Project
- Create and deliver program metrics and reporting
- Manage weekly program status reports
- Manage and maintain RAIDD log
- Manage all open actions across the program
- Execute quality reviews of published artifacts
- Manage and deliver agendas, deck shells, pre-reads, meeting minutes
- Document actions and decisions
- Manage change-request register
- Own communication plan, distribution lists, audience summaries, etc.
- Manage program repository, versioning and evidence trail
- Own program roster, onboarding / offboarding checklist tasks, tool access, PM playbook, retrospectives
Required Skills
- Experienced Project Manager with strong sense of ownership, communication, and attention to detail
- Able to connect dots across a large and complex program
- Organized, proactive, highly collaborative, and motivated
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of investment management
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA) required
