Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented part-time Project Manager to lead and coordinate our client’s cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This remote assignment based in West Chester, Ohio focuses on planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

Create and manage project plans, budgets, milestones, and risks

Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external partners

Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders

Ensure quality standards, compliance, and timely delivery

Lead project reviews and capture lessons learned

Must Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

Fluency in written and spoken EnglishProven leadership, communication, and project management skills

Solid understanding of artwork copy processes, claims approval, RIS/GPS, and translation workflows

Ability to influence stakeholders and provide clear direction internally and externally

Nice to HaveExperience with innovation/R&D or large CPG organizations

Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
