The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects within our Transformer Business Unit. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project milestones, and ensure successful delivery for one of our strategic customers. How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead multiple projects with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Act as the primary contact for customers and resolve escalations.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Plan and manage scope, resources, budgets, and schedules.
Oversee project documentation for scope, budget, and risk management.
Monitor progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
Identify and mitigate risks while sharing lessons learned.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
PMP certification preferred; must obtain Hitachi Energy PM certification within 2 years.
Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage scope, cost, and schedules.
Experience with SAP, MS Project, and other PM tools.
Knowledge of transformer manufacturing and North American energy sector is a plus.
