Detailed Job Descriptionprogram management experience with healthcare background.1.Strong assertiveness and communication skills2.Bring in strong collaboration between various stakeholder engaged on any project initiatives3.Strong project management experience.Atleast 5-7 yrs of large project management4.Take full accountability and bottomline responsibility of the program. Self starter and should not need hand holding5.Good presentation skills as the responsibility will include regular program reporting and status reviews with the leadership team VP and SVPs6.Proactive risk issues management7.Driving RACI and accountability with appropriate teams8.Ability to resolve project impediments challenges issues. Recommend solutions etc.9.Bring in professionalism in every aspects of engagement
