Project Manager – Global AccountsDirect Hire | Hybrid | Bentonville, AR

Imprimis Group / IGXperts is partnering with a high-growth technology company in search of a strong Project Manager for their Enterprise Global Accounts. We are hiring an Account Project Manager to step into a high-visibility, enterprise-facing role supporting a major retail program. This is not a sit-back-and-manage role — this person will be in the middle of execution, driving timelines, managing stakeholders, and making sure things actually get done.
If you’ve worked inside or alongside large retail environments and know how to move projects from pilot to full rollout without chaos, this is your lane. It’s a highly execution-focused role that required strong operational discipline and execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end implementation from pilot through full-scale rollout.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Act as the point person for stakeholders, running meetings, driving updates, keeping everyone aligned, driving deliverables, and facilitating meetings and providing executive reports and updates.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and technical teams to execute.
- Translate real-world retail and supply chain workflows into structured, scalable deployments.
- Identify risks early and fix problems before they derail timelines.
- Track performance adoption, rollout speed, operational success.
- Create playbooks so were not reinventing the wheel every time.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree highly desired; PMP, CSM or similar required.
- 3+ years managing enterprise-level projects or implementations required.
- Experience working with large retail or supply chain environments required.
- Strong understanding of distribution, logistics, and store-level operations.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable navigating conversations around technology, integrations, and data flow.
- Strong presence you can walk into a room (or call) and lead it.
- Experience with deployment planning, metrics, leading large-scale implantations while collaborating with other teams and leaders.
- Thrives in a fast-growing, constantly evolving environment.
- Flexible team player comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Able to operate independently and execute quickly when given ownership.
- Proficiency with technology including MS Office, Adobe, Jira preferred, Asana highly desired, ClickUp or Monday.com preferred must be a quick learner.
- Background in robotics, IoT, connected devices, hardware, or similar technological environments is highly attractive.
Work Model: Hybrid role based in Bentonville, AR – must be local to the area!
