Job Description
- Lead the implementation and rollout of operational systems and software platforms.
- Manage software rollout plans, timelines, milestones, testing, training, communications, and post-implementation support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate needs into practical system and process solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across departments.
- Document current-state and future-state workflows, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and project tracking systems to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Develop business cases, implementation plans, and success measures for systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage special projects from concept through implementation, ensuring scope, timing, risks, and stakeholder expectations are clearly managed.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and change management activities to support adoption.
- Facilitate process adoption, user readiness, and organizational alignment during system and workflow changes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts through lessons learned, feedback loops, and process reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, process improvement, systems implementation, or change management.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience implementing and managing software systems and/or business systems.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and documentation of procedures or standard operating procedures.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or project tracking systems preferred.
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives preferred.
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar certification preferred.
