Mandatory Qualifications: 1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Project Manager 2. Minimum 12 years' experience as a PMO Project Manager with experience working in a PMO supporting a Health and Human Services Eligibility system supporting at least one of the following domains: Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, Child Care, or Fair Hearings with proven experience in data conversion and data modeling, Including working with Legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality. Desirable Qualifications: 1. Minimum 6 months experience managing a program Budget of a minimum of $100 million. 2. At least seven years of experience in active management of resource loaded Project Schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online. Including use of VBA scripting 3. At least 7 years of experience working with data governance, Privacy, compliance standards and 5 years' Experience with Agile development and technical project
