Key Responsibilities:

- Contractor and Vendor Management:
- Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets regulatory standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and address issues as they arise to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing civil and earthwork projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
