Project Manager
Overview
Project Management resource to lead multiple initiatives to onboard a new transportation services sub contractor that is responsible for 170+ dealerships and distribution centers. The projects will range for system/interface changes, to contract compliance, to communications and pulling key stakeholders together.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent business initiatives including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and status reporting
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones
- Change Management planning and preparation
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level status reports
- Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating when appropriate
- Partner with business units across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and/or IT to align project goals with organizational priorities
- Drive accountability across project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Support process improvement efforts and contribute to PMO standards and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field

- Experience in logistics, automotive, financial services, or dealership operations
- Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Prior experience supporting a formal PMO structure
