Project Manager - Model N & GTN TransitionWe are seeking a Project Manager to support a major system transformation alongside the SAP ECC to HANA migration, with a focus on Model N Revenue Management and GTN breakaway systems.In this role, you will coordinate the execution of existing project plans, support data migration and contract adjustments, manage cutover and testing activities, and lead training and change management efforts. You will work closely with stakeholders across Value & Access, IT, customer service, rebates operations, and external partners to ensure a smooth transition and business continuity.What we are looking forExperience in project coordination or delivery within system or process transformation initiativesExperience creating customers and contracts in Model NUnderstanding of contracts, rebates operations, and GTN processesStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate project plans into clear actions and drive executionOrganized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teamsSAP expertise or PMP certification is not required.Success in this role will depend most on strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
