Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager CDLF GovernanceCompany: Novozen Health Care LLC.,Location: North Chicago, IL (AP30) Work Arrangement: Hybrid Monday & Friday Remote; Tuesday Thursday OnsiteJob Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain tools and capabilities supporting Data Governance and CDLF data maintenance. - Manage user security/access and update reference tables as required. - Implement data metrics to monitor the quality of source and output data. - Gather requirements and maintain project plans for new CDLF deliverables and enhancements. - Manage inbound and outbound data connections, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. - Create and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor continuous improvement and business performance. - Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed. - Support data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency of data. - Document data structures, processes, and user guidance. - Identify opportunities to improve data flow, accessibility, and reporting efficiency. - Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly status reports. - Coordinate multiple activities, deadlines, and priorities across cross-functional teams.Required Qualifications: - 7 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Data Governance, Analytics, or related areas. - Strong Project Management experience. - Strong Data Governance and Data Quality experience. - Experience with KPI definition, tracking, and maintenance. - Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience analyzing and summarizing data from multiple sources.Preferred Skills: - Power BI - QlikView - Tableau - Power Query - Anaplan / SAC / TM1 / BPC - SQL / Database Management - Data visualization and data query tools - Data/system implementation experience - FP&A experience - Forecasting and budgeting experienceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following or a related field: - Accounting - Finance - Economics - Engineering - Mathematics / Physics.
Pay Scale:
Anticipated hourly pay range: specific range such as ($70/Hr to $82/Hr).Benefits:
