Role: Project Manager Location: Schaumburg IL Duration: 6 Months Client: TCS Visa Restrictions: None Rate:$65 /hr on C2C Bill Rate: $75.00 Skills: Category Name Required Importance Experience SkillCategoryTest1_MN Project Management Yes 1 7+ years GBaMS ReqID: 10473933 HYBRID ROLE. - Onsite for Workshops, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live Project Manager Managing full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Fusion projects, including scope, budget, and timeline Leading functional teams and technical teams, providing guidance, and ensuring high performance throughout the project Facilitating workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and key decisions • Analytical skills - ability to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives and recommend sound decisions • People skills - a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts • Project management skills – ability to drive & lead meetings independently, create and execute project plans, proactively manage risks/issues, maintain compliance with company project management processes • Communication skills - ability to drive productive conversations, independently maintain project documentation, drive follow-up on open actions. • Proficient in basic Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) as well as Atlassian application (Jira and Confluence) • PMP certification and/or other project management certification is preferred • Experience using Agile, Scrum AND Waterfall methodologies on projects, with heavy emphasis on Agile/SCRUM. Experience Required: • Minimum 5 years experience leading projects and leading scrum teams • Certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master or PM • Experience in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework • Proven experience in using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with IT leadership, business representatives, and project leads to define feature content for ADI • Drive alignment of feature content across businesses, aligning with the strategic goals of each business and the company at large. • Overall responsible for sprint planning & sequencing - driving the decomposition from strategy to feature to user story. • Partner with the scrum master to drive completion of sprint-level activities, identifying and removing roadblocks and negotiating dependencies across teams. • Manage schedule and budget, working with vendors to ensure proper resource capacity to meet demand. • Responsible for all project communication, action item management, risk identification and management. • Responsible for keeping the project data updated on a regular basis as well as providing input as needed for senior leadership review
