Project Manager - Multifamily ProjectsAtlanta, GA | In-office with travel to project sites We are partnering with an established real estate development firm known for transforming overlooked properties into vibrant, sought-after destinations throughout Atlanta. With more than four decades of experience in real estate development, this firm takes on ambitious projects that breathe new life into communities, with a strong focus on multifamily residential development and historic adaptive reuse.Now, we are seeking an experienced, team-oriented Project Manager who is ready to take the lead on meaningful projects from acquisition through occupancy. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in architecture, engineering, real estate, or construction management
- Seven years of experience in construction and real estate and twelve years of total professional work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF Professional, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and web-based project management software.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Must be able to manage and navigate shifting work priorities effectively.
- Have a thorough understanding of construction documents and how the disciplines interact with each other.
- Have a great understanding of sequencing of construction activities and construction means and methods.
- Project experience in tenant fit-outs, ground-up construction, food & beverage, historic adaptive reuse.
