Project Manager – Exteriors (Doors, Windows, Siding)

We are looking for an experienced project manager who knows home remodeling inside and out, especially when it comes to doors, windows and siding. We’re looking for detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused individuals to join our team.

If you’re passionate about quality craftmanship, enjoy working directly with homeowners, and can keep multiple projects moving smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

- Remeasure sales orders for accuracy.

- Manage multiple projects from start to finish.

- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and communication between clients, crews and vendors.

- Assist with coordinating window and door orders, deliveries, and installations, ensuring accuracy and code compliance.

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and project timelines are being met.

- Handle change of specifications, resolve on-site challenges, and keep clients informed every step of the way.

- Maintain relationships with trusted subcontractors and suppliers.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3 – 5 years of experience managing projects.

- Hands-on experience with door, window, and siding installations (measuring, ordering, finishing).

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and building codes.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Comfortable using project management tools.

- Knowledge of Marvin and Joyce windows a plus.

- Valid driver’s license.
