• Leading teams responsible for project management duties involving cross-functional collaboration focused on delivering internal products or administrative systems.*
• Overseeing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.*
• Monitoring programs and projects from initiation through completion, interfacing effectively with internal customers or departmental personnel.*
• Organizing project activities and coordinating interdepartmental meetings to facilitate communication and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.*
• Analyzing existing business processes to measure their effectiveness and developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.*
• Researching best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data for performance comparison.*
• Collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop, and recommend new business practices and procedures aimed at enhancing safety, increasing productivity, and reducing costs.*
• Determining how new information technologies can support the reengineering of business processes.*
• Specializing in areas such as benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management, measurement, and process-driven systems requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.*
• 4 or more years of relevant project management experience, ideally with exposure to medical devices or healthcare software systems.*
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects.*
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.*
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.*
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems, software, and hardware integration.*
• Ability to apply professional judgment and meticulous attention to detail in decision-making.*
• Experience with business process reengineering and continuous improvement methodologies.*
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.*
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar project management credentials.*
• Experience with change management and process optimization.*
• Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions and real-time data sharing platforms.*
