Job Details

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience, with at least one large-scale hospitality or commercial project ($100M+) successfully completed.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, scheduling (P6 or equivalent), and risk management.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the Lake Geneva project site.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditation is a plus.
