Job DetailsQualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role.2. Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure.5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.6. Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems.7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.8. Experience in commercial ground-up construction is highly desirable.9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.10.
