• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Proficiency with construction management software and standard office tools

Leadership & Communication

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CCM, LEED AP) are a plus
