We're seeking a motivated Project Manager who wants meaningful responsibility, hands-on project involvement, and a clear path toward Project Management leadership.

This position supports complex industrial construction and heavy infrastructure projects from planning through completion. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients while gaining exposure to every phase of project execution.

Job Details

Responsibilities:Support Senior Project Managers in planning and executing industrial and infrastructure projectsAssist with project estimating, bid reviews, and pre-construction planningDevelop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestonesMonitor project budgets, job costs, forecasting, and financial performanceCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teamsParticipate in client meetings and maintain strong customer communicationConduct job site visits to monitor project progress and support field operationsAssist with billing, invoicing, and project documentationTrack project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesHelp ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

Qualifications:1–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, industrial services, or related industriesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, or project financialsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working both in an office and at project sitesProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar platformsSelf-motivated with a desire to grow into a Project Manager role
