Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects from kickoff to closeout

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts

Lead subcontractor selection, buyout, and contract negotiations

Oversee project execution to ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, and internal departments

Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications4+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling

Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects

Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
