Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project execution, including schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager works closely with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeoutMaintain responsibility for project schedule, budget, cost control, and reportingCoordinate closely with superintendents to support field operations and site activitiesLead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and scope coordinationReview drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarity and constructabilityManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineersMonitor quality control, safety compliance, and project milestonesOversee project closeout, commissioning, and warranty documentation

Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial constructionGeneral contractor or construction management background requiredStrong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencingProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractorsExperience with cost tracking, scheduling, and contract administrationExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with construction project management software
