Job DetailsThis role is responsible for leading complex construction projects while taking on increased ownership of client relationships, financial performance, and team leadership. This role serves as a key driver of both project success and business growth, actively contributing to business development efforts, client pursuits, and long-term relationship building. The Project Manager II oversees budgets, forecasting, contracts, and risk management, while ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with company standards. In addition to managing project delivery, this role mentors and develops junior team members, supports team performance, and helps drive consistency in processes and best practices. Success in this role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to balance project execution with client engagement and strategic growth initiatives. Project Management, Coordination, & ExecutionManage multiple tasks with the assistance of your Team LeadParticipate in initial project setup, including permitting, project folder creation, and schedule development in partnership with the SuperintendentParticipate in kickoff meetings to align team members on expectations, procurement strategy, schedule, profit targets, and responsibilitiesMaintain comprehensive awareness of project milestones, deliverables, and critical path itemsEstimate a project with approval from Team Lead & Preconstructionactively mentor junior staff throughout each phase of the process, while consistently identifying and creating opportunities to support their growth and development.
