This Architectural Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized projects from concept through construction administration. This role balances project leadership with hands-on production, requiring strong client management, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior staff.Why join us?What We Offer:

Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from early design through construction administration, managing scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure delivery to client satisfaction
• Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents and specifications
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal staff across all project phases
• Manage project communication, proposals, contracts, and fee estimates
• Perform construction administration duties including site visits and project meetings
• Mentor junior staff and support Senior Project Managers on larger projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, fire protection, and jurisdictional requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong construction document and detailing knowledge
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, consultants, and client relationships
• Licensure required or in final stages of testing
