Job DetailsJob Details:We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll have ownership of the schedule, budget, subcontractors, documentation, and overall project delivery.What You’ll Do:

• Manage commercial projects from start to finish
• Own budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals & change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, clients & architects
• Ensure projects stay safe, on schedule and within budget

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
• Strong PM experience with a commercial GC
• Ground-up and/or complex renovation experience
• Healthcare or other complex commercial project experience is a plus
• Procore experience preferred
