They are responsible for all daily activity, and all phases of construction, including generating and updating project schedules, coordinating trade partners, materials, equipment, ensuring that selections and specifications are being strictly followed, and that the work is within desired quality standards and within budget. Furthermore, the Project Manager shall be responsible for calling and preparing for municipal inspections, quality control, job site safety, and stormwater management, and warranty through the first year of home delivery. They will directly communicate with the Owner and provide schedule and photo updates of the project as it progresses.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule all trade partners and on-site personnel.
• Ensure daily productivity of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain an active punch list.
• Perform quality control checks at each construction phase.
• Maintain daily logs and photo documentation.
• Manage task completions in BuilderTrend for A/P processing.
• Document and resolve safety, environmental, and compliance issues.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Run multiple high-end residential projects concurrently.
• Support budgeting, bidding, and subcontractor awards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain SDS files.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or 5+ years in luxury residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and blueprint reading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; BuilderTrend experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
• Team-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Dependable, accountable, and committed to project success.
