- Manage all phases of construction projects — from preconstruction and budgeting through closeout.
- Lead field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver complex self-perform civil and mechanical scopes safely, on time, and within budget.
- Build and maintain client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and inspectors.
- Forecast cost and schedule performance, track progress, and proactively identify challenges before they impact the project.
- Foster collaboration, mentorship, and a team-first culture on every project site.
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction, ideally involving water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or large-diameter pipeline work.
- Proven ability to lead field operations and manage multiple scopes (structural concrete, mechanical, and underground utilities).
- Strong understanding of budgets, cost controls, and scheduling (Primavera P6 or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — you know how to keep teams motivated and owners informed.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field is preferred but not required.
