- Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, from initial conception to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
- Lead contract administration and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize Bluebeam for project management tasks, including document management and collaboration.
- Manage construction activities, coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution and operational efficiency.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Regularly report on project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the healthcare construction industry.
- Proven experience in annual budgeting and forecasting, budgeting and cost control, contract administration, procurement, and construction management.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and other project management software.
- Strong strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and cost control processes.
- Experience in risk management, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
