You will work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure efficient project execution
• Manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design partners
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements
• Mentor and collaborate with project team members in an owner-focused culture
