Job DetailsCore Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of power utility construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee substation, underground electrical, and distribution infrastructure projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and utility clients to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and client communication

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in power utility or heavy civil construction
• Strong experience with substations, electrical infrastructure, duct banks, or underground utilities
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of utility standards, permitting, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Preferred:

• Experience working with utility providers or public infrastructure clients
• Background in self-perform construction environments
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
