Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee complex engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.
2. Develop comprehensive project budgets, closely monitor project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Leverage expertise in OEM processes to optimize project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
5. Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues or obstacles, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
6. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, budget status, and any changes or issues that arise.
7. Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and updated, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
8. Comply with all relevant industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
9. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability, inspiring team members to deliver their best work.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. An advanced degree or professional certification in Project Management would be highly advantageous.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
3. Strong knowledge of OEM processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to optimize project outcomes.
4. Exceptional project budgeting skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive budgets and effectively manage project costs.
