Job DetailsYour Role — What You’ll Do:

Lead project kickoff meetings, reviewing bid documents and correspondence
Negotiate contracts and subcontracts to clarify scope and mitigate risk
Manage project setup logistics—submittals, RFIs, change orders, materials, labor, budgets, punch lists
Place material orders after approvals and coordinate deliveries
Present detailed work orders to production: specs, drawings, timelines, budgets
Communicate closely with production teams and conduct on-site visits as needed
Track Work-in-Progress (WIP), manage budgets, and perform post-project analysis
Spot and manage change order opportunities: pricing, scope, negotiation
Oversee project close-out: warranties, commissioning, manuals, as-builts
Support billing and collections alongside the A/R Coordinator

Education: High school diploma required; college degree a plus
Experience: 3–5 years in project management; fencing or security industry experience preferred but not required

U.S.-based with reliable commute to office and job sites
