Job Details7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management roleBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant work experienceExperience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environmentsStrong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings requiredExperience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etcActively participates in all preconstruction services and engineering sessions by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, coordinates with design team and owner and reviews design documentsReview and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plan. Conducts pre-bid conferences, identifies project staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideasManages project financials and maintains continuous knowledge of project budget.Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applicationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skills are required including, but not limited to coaching, mentoring and the ability to build and maintain motivated teamsHighly developed project management finance skills are requiredInterested in hearing more?
