What You'll DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll serve as the quarterback for complex structural steel and heavy civil construction projects, ensuring successful execution while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from estimating, contract award, planning, fabrication, delivery, installation, and final closeoutOwn project scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and overall customer experienceDevelop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, milestone tracking, and KPI reportingConduct project kickoff meetings and coordinate all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleReview contracts, specifications, blueprints, shop drawings, and project requirements to ensure successful executionManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims avoidance, and contract complianceCoordinate closely with production, purchasing, detailing, engineering, logistics, and finance teamsDrive project profitability through effective cost management and strategic change order administrationMaintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, DOT agencies, engineers, and key project stakeholdersProvide project updates and executive-level reporting to senior leadershipIdentify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies before they impact schedule or budgetConduct customer visits, jobsite meetings, and project reviews to ensure successful outcomesLead project closeout activities, lessons learned reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

7+ years of Project Management experience within:

Structural Steel FabricationBridge ConstructionHeavy Civil ConstructionHighway InfrastructureLarge Industrial ProjectsCommercial Construction

Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar projects with responsibility for schedule, budget, and customer satisfactionStrong understanding of contracts, change orders, claims management, and risk mitigationExperience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or construction environmentStrong financial acumen with the ability to manage project costs, margins, forecasts, and profitabilityAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, fabrication drawings, plans, and specificationsExceptional communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skillsWillingness to travel as required to project sites and customer locations
