Job Details

• * Federal construction experience required — we work FAA, USACE, NPS, and GSA projects across multiple states
• * Must own technical delivery: schedules, budgets, submittals, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs
• * Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously
• * Strong under pressure — our PMs deal with complex federal clients, tight schedules, and they need to be able to work through problems that come from multiple directions without losing their composure
• * Procore experience preferred
• * This isn't a paper-pusher role — we need people who take ownership and drive results
