- Direct client, architect, and subcontractor management
- Oversight of PM/APM/PE support staff
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting
- Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, and change orders
- Drive schedule coordination with Superintendents
- Serve as primary point of contact for owners and design teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and profitability targets are met
- 6–12 years commercial construction experience (GC preferred)
- Proven track record managing projects end‑to‑end
- Procore experience strongly preferred
