• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring that they align with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.
• Conduct risk management processes to identify potential challenges and devise contingency plans.
• Oversee all aspects of construction project management including quality control, budgeting, contract management, and site work.
• Coordinate bidding and construction services, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Perform budget analysis and tracking RFI to monitor project costs and ensure financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, fostering a positive working environment.
• Make strategic decisions that could impact the overall success of the project.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety and building regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in risk management, problem-solving, time management, decision making, strategic planning, quality control, budgeting, contract management, site work, bidding, and construction services.
• Proficient in performing budget analysis and tracking RFI.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Certification in project management (PMP) is a plus.
