Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Lead projects from tender through substantial completion
Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all times
Maintain strong client relationships and communication
Identify and resolve project risks proactively

What we're looking for:

5+ years of construction project management experience
Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods and contracts
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset
Degree or diploma in construction management or related field
