Job Details / Responsibilities:

Develop complete, accurate estimates for plumbing construction projects of varying size and complexityOversee assigned projects from initial bid preparation through final completion and closeoutManage all aspects of project execution including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality controlEnsure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company proceduresMaintain strong client relationships and support business development effortsCarry direct profit-and-loss accountability for assigned projectsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for customers and the organization

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically managing medium to large scale commercial construction projectsStrong technical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems, codes, design, and construction for commercial buildingsComprehensive familiarity with all aspects of construction including technology, equipment, methods, estimating, scheduling, and safetyValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to work onsite Monday-Friday from the office in Madison, WI (no remote or hybrid flexibility)
