Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to manage a steady pipeline of projects while working directly with leadership in a streamlined environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
Review plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability
Develop and manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors
Write and manage subcontracts, including scope of work and cost code alignment
Participate in estimating efforts, including takeoffs and preconstruction planning

Requirements

Proven experience leading construction projects from start to finish as a Project Manager
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience writing subcontracts and managing cost codes
Exposure to estimating, scheduling, and project planning
Proficiency in Procore or RedTeam (RedTeam preferred)
